Pastor Phil Rasmussen - TrueLife Ministries Director

Pastor Phil Rasmussen provides leadership to all aspects of Youth Ministries at BCA.  Pastor Phil oversees our youth pastoral team of Josh Crandall (High School and College) and Josh Hall (Junior High). Phil brings over 20 years of youth ministry experience and expertise to this position. Phil served as a youth pastor of a thriving youth ministry in Seattle for many years before moving to the Northwest Ministry Network, where he had oversight of all northwest youth ministries in over 300 churches. From there, Phil moved to our national headquarters and served as the Assistant Youth Director for our denomination. Phil presently serves as Campus Pastor at Northwest University in Kirkland, a position he will continue to serve in as he assumes his new role at BCA. He holds a Master’s degree from AGTS. Phil is married to our wonderful Music Pastor, Brenda. They are parents of two very awesome children, Kramer and Kaitlyn. Our youth ministry will soon move into a new Youth Ministry Center, and we are excited to add Phil's incredible experience to our team as our opportunities for ministry continue to grow.
